good point, do you think that we will have a manager by then? I think we look as bad as Warnes first relegation year (accepting it wasn't all down to him). MT and his so called coaches do not know how to set-up and grind out points away from home, that cost him his job and rightly so.

From this point on:

1. New manager who can help to add some ‘steel’ to our performances
2. Fire sale in Jan to bring some cash/transfer funds in
3. Shore up central defence with some physically robust player(s)
4. Find and buy promising L2/L1 players like the Crooks and Rathbones
5. Prepare to rebuild assuming L1 stabilisation for a few years to get a core of good younger players with some fight in them
6. We can’t afford to have true Champ quality throughout the side - enough talent and fight to make us hard to beat at any level - well drilled and organised
7. Make some money from good young talent, don’t let it go for nothing - is it P’boro who automatically transfer list players within 18 months of contract ending if they don’t sign up quickly for a new one?
