Europe - Dutch Club Ajax - Suspend CEO Alex Kroes - Allegations of Insider Trading.

Dutch club Ajax have suspended Alex Kroes who is CEO of the club, over allegations
that he was involved in insider trading.
It appears that the New Chief Executive Officer Kroes purchased Ajax shares despite
knowing that he would be obtaining the position, in a statement released by the club,
they revealed that Kroes purchased 17,000 shares in Ajax, a week before the
publication of his intended appointment.

As a result, the club has been in discussions with lawyers for legal advice, on what it
would mean, it appears it comes to the conclusion, that this would be deemed insider
trading & thus a criminal offence.

The club plan to terminate Alex Kroes contract, as soon as possible.
