Looking a bit outclassed. Could be a heavy defeat.

Reminding me of an FA Cup tie between a League Two team and a Premier League side. There will be even more games like this at the next world cup, with it being expanded even further.

Can't say I'm surprised, nor displeased. In my younger days I would innocently wish the Home Nations well in International Tournaments but as I've matured and learnt how much they hate us English my view has changed. Rebuild the wall.

    Scotland were terrible last night.

Germany were obviously excellent but Scotland facilitated a fair amount of that for them. Shape wise and just generally being ‘at it’, Scotland were so poor in the first half and by 45 minutes they were dead and buried.

The only highlight was another terrifc performance by Ally McCoist on Co-Comms.

Ukraine got through to the last 16 of the last Euros on goal difference with 3 points, but that was with a -1 GD which bettered Finland (-2) and Slovakia (-5) who were the two 3rd place teams that went home, so Scotland are probably going to need a win and a draw now. Waiting to see what happens this afternoon, but it'll probably be a case of a heroic performance in the final game v Hungary sending Scotland home with some pride but failing to reach the 2nd phase yet again.
