A wonder if 2 Barnsley fans run on pitch ageeun and scooar![]()
I shall watch it on the red button and expect to see two very inexperienced sides on show , Man U will undoubtedly have some talented youngsters on show whilst I think Clarke will use the opportunity to give some game time to one or two and also bring in some of the younger end which in theory should provide plenty of effort and endeavour on show , we will see.
Can’t see a striker in our lineup so could be interesting to see.
15 year old Wilkinson in our side. Big night for the young lad and good luck to him!
Oh dear, oh dear oh dear
Nuff said.
Quite enjoyed the first half and pleased for Yoganathan to get 2 goals. Could end up a serious player for us one day.
Second half we seemed to go off the rails a bit. The defending for the third goal is quite pathetic in all honesty.
Seen some comments complaining at the team we put out tonight but I’ve not got a problem with it. It’s a Micky mouse cup and I don’t want our regular starters getting injured for the league. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll watch these games but honestly not that bothered if we go out in the group stage.
United for me probably deserved that win. They showed far more technical ability than us and passed the ball well. Their naivety cost them dearly in the first half rather than our ability to open them up. We looked a shambles at times constantly giving the ball away and we looked disjointed to say the least, especiallyin the second half. Ok, it's a reserve match at the end of the day but there's surely pride involved isn't there? We were going through the motions in the second half and the United first goal (which was on the cards) gave their lads a lift to push on. We didn't react. Disappointing
Well it mattered to me living with my Man Utd wife .
Dear me .
