As a Notts fan I obviously want him to succeed, moreover because he's come from comparatively humble beginnings and given up relative job security to chase his football dream, so who wouldn't wish him well? However, as with any other manager, if I think he's getting something wrong I'll express my view as a fan, probably more strongly in the immediate aftermath of a game. It might reflect frustration or even anger at times, but certainly not hate.
Luke Williams nailed it when he reminded the players that if your fans are getting frustrated and shouting at you, it's not because they hate you, its because they think you can do better and they desperately want you to succeed.
