Did you see last nights episode of Only Connect?

What the chuff was that numbers game all about that the Jewish players got ‘right’. First of all they took a guess at a number which was wrong,then they got the wrong reason for choosing that answer yet still got the points for getting it right?

I was still fuming from griffs prediction comp selections and then this,I nearly put my foot through the tv screen,this is the kind of thing thst you expect on a X clique quiz not the hardest quiz on tv

VC afterwards tried to back peddle by saying that there’s a trick question that’s a bit like it so that’s why she’s given the points,I’m not normally a man to moan as everyone knows but this outrageous shenanigans has to be nipped in the bud and VC issued with some kind of verbal warning
