Aston Villa Defend Their Champions League Ticket Prices

Aston Villa FC have had a backlash from their own supporters, after revealing they would
charge up to £97 a ticket for their home Champions League matches this season.

Adult tickets for the clubs 4 home matches in the new 36-team league format will be -
£85 - £94 - £97.
While season ticket holders get discounted rates of -
£70 - £79 - £82
Aston Villa supporters trust [AVST] criticised the move.

UEFA lowers price caps for away fans European Ties

The amount clubs can charge for away tickets in Europe's three men's club competitions
will be reduced this season, UEFA announced European games will be capped at

60 euros [£50.55] for Champion's League tickets for away fans
40 euros [£33.70] for Europa League tickets for away fans
20 euros [£16.85] for Conference League tickets for away fans
