    Turned out nice again!

Great performance today. Shilow was outstanding today from the moment he stepped on to the pitch til the moment he was subbed. Two well taken goals especially the second. Every Crewe player today had a good game.

Yes, I might have been mystified by the line-up but the management got the approach and tactics spot on!
It was a real all-round team performance. Everyone gave at least an 8/10 performance.
    And...who needs strikers???
However, I am really impressed by Thibault - he looks a real prospect.
One final point .... who is this bloke pretending to be Cooney and what's happened to the real one???? What a transformation - a real advert for good coaching.

I have always thought Cooney was good going forward and passes the ball well and his crosses have always been decent. But his defensive work has improved immensely. His place in the team should be secure now really. I also agree with the 8/10 ratings across the team. Thibault did not look out of place at all. Worked hard for the team and what a ball for Shilow's second goal.

Deliberately stayed off social media the last few weeks but glad to be back. Thoroughly enjoyed the last two home games and makes a Saturday night much more pleasant. We're down to the bones again but we seem to like it that way. I presume that Sanders can't be 100% aswell otherwise very strange that he did not contribute at all.
Cooney a revelation, who mentioned coaching?

I took my wife to the match - her first home game for 20 years - and she really enjoyed the match (good for me as she wants to go again). I was also impressed by Cooney's transformation and Demetriou was immense at the back and as captain. It was an inexperienced side, but they all worked really hard for each other and Crewe deservedly won. Agree that Thibault impressed too.
