    Peterborough United Post Match Thoughts

We were behind, we were level, we were 2 up, we were back level, we looked a shambles and likely to lose, we had great chances to win it. In the end it's a disappointing draw but another game to add to the unbeaten run. League 1 might be a low level of football but is certainly providing much more entertainment than we've seen over the past 2-3 years. What's not to enjoy?

    Thoughts on todays see-saw?

Good game but lost 2 points, if I was Osong I would be on the train back to Nottingham tonight.

Would have taken a point before and ended up with one( only just), but maybe should have had 3 thro Macart and Bramall.

They scored 3 goals from in our 6 yd box.......should never happen. Cameron?????

Good point. Would have taken it at 3pm. Two sides who will be in the top 6 come the end of the season.

How come the fans can see how poor Hugill is, although we apparently know nothing, but the big man can’t see this, and makes him captain. Makes absolutely no sense!

If before the game you had told me we would get a point i would have taken it, even though they had a few of their main players absent. At 54 minutes I would have sold my first born for a point, because we were on the rack, every attack led to across and our goalie is static so every cross, corner and free-kick looks like a goal for them. Set pieces, set pieces, set pieces...ours are not good enough and we do not defend them well.
Hugill is garbage, lazy, never a captain in a million years and if JCH is out we will really suffer with Hugill as our main striker, for me we have to change the shape and not play him.
Tiehi and Powell did ok in midfield but Odoffin for such a big bloke fails to impose himself on the other teams midfield. Bramalls miss was hilarious, nobody around him, his favourite foot all he had to do was get it on target, embarrassing really. Nombe was excellent, he took him off because he changed the formation as we were getting hammered in that first 20 minutes of the second half, he pushed him into midfield and it wasn't working, the mistake was "like for like" at half-time. For large parts of the first half they walked through us and their wingers were excellent, we were 3-1 up but they were very dangerous, you stop that at half-time. Nombe and Wilks could have started as a front two and we could have put on the extra midfielder, it was obvious in the first half that their left winger was beating us for fun, poor decision by Evans again.
Really it is a poor result after being 3-1 up at half-time, there are also some very concerning issues. We are still in the bottom half and play 1 or 2 games more than most teams in the league. However, it is another point, another game without defeat and if our medical team give permission we might even have Kelly and Raggert back before Bonfire night.

    Hugill.

I don't know where to start. Other than by suggesting he's paid off in January. Absolutely the worst forward I've seen at the club in the last few years.

As for the rest of it. We're lacking in Goal and we are lacking some spark in the middle.

Haks for me would be better placed in the rear.

It will look a good point when the match is forgotten. We miss too many chances and concede too many poor goals to threaten the playoffs, unless something changes.
I'm still tipping an 8th to 13th finish

Osong he's got to get his chance now before Hugill with JCH missing would think he's injured. Game itself were two poor defensive sides but we had especially Bramall best chance to win it.

Typical Millers performance. Only play for half a game.
