Doing a great job and supporters love him. Went to see Scarborough last season at Farsley Celtic and purposely wore a West Brom top and he took the time to come over for a chat.

Scarborough went bust - now they get about 2000 supporters - good away following - their own stadium again and 100% owned by the supporters.

Would love to see Greening back with us at some point. Good luck to the guy as very genuine.

Back in late 80's,I lived in S****horpe for a couple of years, and became a temporary Scunny fan whilst I was there....I even saw Ian Botham play for them once (he wasn't very good)... I would often drive to "local" away games,Grimsby,Lincoln mainly...but I visited Scarborough once,I seem to remember that it was a pretty decent stadium, considering that they had only recently made the jump from non-league.

The old stadium was the McCain Stadium before they went bust and went there about 10 times as family that way. It was demolished when they went bust and now an Aldi I believe. The new stadium I believe is decent. At Farsiey last season when I was there - Scarborough took around 800 so decent supporters. Great to see a supporters owned club and there should be more!

The old Scunny ground is now a Sainsbury's I believe, after they moved to Glanford Park....how long before we have a "Supermarket League"

I’ll never forget going to Elland Road in Greening’s day - we played in our black away kit. (Still like it) We were sat in the away stand right next to the abusive Leeds fans.
Greening collected a long ball (those were the days) which clearly had gone over the line. Linesman and ref must have been the only people not to spot it ! In typical Greening manner he raced to their goal line and having feinted a couple of attempt to cross the ball, planted a great cross at ?….(can’t remember!) who scored.
Leeds fans going beserk …. Such joy. We won.
I, fairly recently, exchanged words with Greening (twitter) and reminded him of the event. He responded that he remembered it well !
