    James Trafford

Never thought I was a fickle fan but I think I have to eat my words because it looks like James Trafford has stepped up and is showing the potential everyone has said previously. He has/is maturing into the keeper others see. I personally didnÂ’t think he would make the grade but he has and will make the top. Basically I hold my hands up and say I am wrong and I am glad that I am. DonÂ’t sell until both and BFc get the right deal

I rated Muric better than Trafford but having seen bits of both this season I was wrong too. Muric is too unpredictable and prone to unforced errors, Trafford is getting better at controlling his area which I thought was one of his main weaknesses along with flapping at crosses.

I think tbf Lancaster we did drop him into the best league in the world with very little / no protection in front of him, with a gun ho style of play - reckless even.

He has as we say learned on the job and is definitely improving as you say.

I’m glad for us and for him tbh as it can’t be easy being written off at 20 years old - similar to koleosho now on the other thread.

I don't think he's been particularly remarkable. Still think he needs more time at this level to prove himself

He's better, but still suspect on crosses..The jury's still out for me.

I agree Alf.He has not been really tested yet and he keeps dropping crosses.Better but nothing special yet.His distribution seems to be actually getting worse.

    Nothing wrong with his distribution.

Like Army said he was exposed last season due to Kompanys tactics, and the defence he had in front of him.

He sometimes misses crosses but they all do that, he will learn.
Certainly a better goal keeper than Muric who is prone to major gaffs, who already has the boo boys on his back at Ipswich. Ipswich fans are saying that the keeper we bought off them has better distribution
