Sir Alex Ferguson steps down as a director of his own company ACF Sports Promotions.

He resigns as the director of his own personal company, his business ACF Sports
promotions Ltd has accumalated £24.3m in assets & investments.
Some of these assets include a sporting memorabilia collection estimated to be
worth over £2m, which is on display in various museums & universities.

The business also has a £19m investment portfolio & cash reserves of £5.1m.
Ferguson launched the company in 1983 when he was manager of Aberdeen, this
3 years before he would go to start his 26 years Manchester United reign.

Alex Ferguson had 3 sons directors in the company, Darren, Jason, &
Mark.
But Alex Ferguson resigned on the 29th October 2024

Son Jason Ferguson resigned on the 28th October 2024

Son Mark Ferguson remains a director, having been appointed with his brothers in 2012.

It would seem Alex Ferguson made a shrewd investment in 1983.
