    New Sponsorship Deal

Newcastle United have the green light to land a huge-money deal with Riyadh Air.– according to Keith Wyness.

The flag carrier is the sponsor of Atletico Madrid, the Champions League – and have agreed a sponsorship deal with Concacaf.

Saudia are Newcastle’s current airline partner in a deal which was agreed in 2022 and extended last year (2023).

Wyness : “I don’t know what the valuation would be for a potential Riyadh Air deal.

But as long as it is around the valuation of similar airline deals at other clubs, I don’t see an issue with it.

There are more than enough airline deals with other clubs and Emirates and so on – Andrew they’ve been adjusted with inflation and the modern day.

The publicity they give the airline is very valuable, so I’ve got no problem with it.”

The whole game will change over these legal battles Man City are fighting and hopefully this helps realise
    ---------

Assuming this goes through, my guess is it'll be a significant upgrade and we'll through the City rules in their face if challenged.

ALso wouldn't surprise me to see this go through in time for Jan window to give us some more spending power.

Arh, sorry it was on Twitter - one of the Toon groups I follow on there.

They are usually pretty good with putting stuff out, rather than just crap though.

Although a google suggests they have got their info from Football Insider Podcast. . . them I don't know about for reliability.

Unfortunately, Football Insider is generally gash.

Don't doubt we're working on a major deal, though.

Once all of these main deals have been sanctioned and settled, I can see us getting further established in the transfer markets.

yeah man, Alex Isak is already an Arsenal player according to them. Last weekend was 'his audition' which he 'passed with flying colours' & Arteta has 'Greenlit' the transfer from the Arsenal warchest.

    Absolute garbage.
