    Wycombe Wanderers

Think they've got this league sussed (they have a brilliant manager) and with Birmingham certainties, already it's leaving only the play offs to go for. That Fred whatsisname looks sensational at this level !!

As I have said before, this is a smaller club than us but with ambition to progress with a positive plan under new ownership. They are now top of the league after going to Stockport winning by five goals.

Yeah, they are such an annoying team aren't they.
But whether we want to dismiss them or not, they are definitely in the Lg One promotion race right now!. 😲

There might be a common denominator

Previously owned by an American billionaire
Now owned by a Khazakhstan billionaire

Good luck to them. If they have spent some money then they’ve done it wisely.
If they haven’t spent much it’s impressive.

Why would billionaire,s invest in Wycombe. Maybe there’s still hope for Tony,s grandchildren and a trust fund

Their manager Matt Bloomfield played nearly 500 games for them. Young manager young ideas. Only player I can think of similar slightly older it's Arnason with over 100 games for us who looks the manager type.

Proximity to London helps. I'd imagine many players would prefer London close by, let alone oligarchs.

they have conceded same number of goals as us, the main difference is that they have scored twice as many.
    we need a goal scorer.

Sadlier didn't know if he wanted to play for us, played like he didn't but wasn't that good here.
