    David Coote

For anyone who's only read the headline, here's the full vid...it's astounding.

Poor bloke's career is done. And, actually, I find myself feeling sorry for him. He's been badly stitched up by someone he thought he could trust although how stupid is he for allowing himself to be filmed saying what he did! And nothing he said is wrong, either!

He comes across as an ordinary bloke and no-one can be surprised that Refs have strong feelings either way about particular clubs or figures within football. I guess the question is, do they let their feelings affect how they ref those teams. You'd think it would, even on a subconscious level (although I think a lot of it probably is conscious)

    Aye - he's ****ed.

I don't want to get conspiracy esque but one of the reasons he so anti-Liverpool is he's a Man Utd fan. . . . yet he was allowed to ref our cup final against them.

    Still boils my piss that.

Do we know who leaked it?

    Not aware who leaked it.

He claims to be a Notts County fan according to PGMOL

He was on VAR duty when Odegaard got away with that blatant handball against Liverpool.

Corrupt bastards making decisions based on who they favour more-or less- out of two teams.

He can claim what the **** he likes - we all know he's not.

Some refs are def corrupt ****s though.

I saw someone say we should bring in foreign refs to do our game to remove the influence of clubs on refs.

All the fan trust of each club should join together and sue the PGMOL. There is enough evidence and they've sent letters to clubs admitting fault for major mistakes in their role of managing game.

The fans groups should sue the PGMOL for £250million put some money back in the fans pocket and demand change to ensure impartial and higher quality refereeing.

The case would cost around £250,000-£500,000 for a colleague of Nick Demarco to smash the corruption at the PGMOL.

They absolutely have to take action and I can see the PGMOL making an example and trying to claim "one bad apple" to sweep the state of modern refereeing under the rug.

On the other hand, to be fair to Coote. Jurgen Klopp is 100% a c**t.

Firstly Coote will pay a heavy price for being stupid, and he should.

But let?s be honest, how many of us haven?t called Klopp a c**t? unless you?re a Liverpool fan that is.

I used to really like Klopp when he first came to the Prem, but the mask slipped when they had a dodgy season (when we made the CL) and mask came off.

He?s got a history of bad behaviour with officials, notably shouting in the face of two 4th officials, and let?s not forget his interview when he called out Tierney saying he was basically actively biased against them (after the Spurs match last season)? Klopp got a slap on the wrist with a 2 game touchline ban and a 75k fine for that? Coote will get a lot more for comments made in private. Snorting Bolivian marching powder will also get him massively in trouble, and should do for someone in that position, but it?s not a PED, other footballers have been done for the same (Mutu got a 7 month ban for cocaine, not banned for life) and am sure most of us remember Fowler snorting the goal line on the pitch that time.

Recent case in point, Yates flailing arm catching Tino when the referee had a perfect view of it at the time? don?t think any of us have seriously called that out as a referee deliberately acting against us, at least not while in the heat of the moment.

Every team gets dodgy decisions that are just mistakes that are for and against us. We?ve, football fans other than the scousers, called Liverpool ?LiVARpool? becasue of things that have gone in their favour for a long time? but that?s the nature of mistakes and subjective decisions at the time more than anything (imo).

I just think that if we go down a route of witch-hunts and conspiracy theories against referees without direct evidence they knowingly acted against a team then football will suffer as a whole.

    More stuff coming out now.

Apperently he discussed booking a player with a fan before the game - Leeds game a few years back.

No allegations of improper behaviour with regards gambling but again, makes it look like he's already got an agenda in a game he's reffing.

    Oh, definitely.

I'd be surprised if there was a single ref without an agenda against a particular team or, more likely, set of fans.

And no-one can tell me that their allegiances or grievances don't affect their judgement in at least some way, especially in a 50/50 situation.

Dunno if it was this bald crook or anyone one of the PGMOLs cheats that ref'd our game last year and Chelsea's game the week after who were directly in competition with the Red Filth for 6th / Europe. In both matches Chelsea and us didn't get stone wall penalties on several occasions during the two matches.

Again those points lost cost both clubs places & subsequently millions of Pounds in prize money.

Litigation can be brought against the PGMOL and the individual on this basis.
