Well done the Blades on a hard fought win against Sunderland, a player sent
off on each side, Blades keeper Michael Cooper saves a penalty.
Blades on top of the league.

Started watching this 2 minutes after the kick off and what a cracking game of football it was too.

Have to say, prior to the first sending off, Sunderland were all over Sheff Utd. A proper game changer losing their centre back and rightly so.
Next it was the Blades turn to take advantage and press. Some great football played from both sides I might add.

Next it was Souttar's turn to be sent off. What a giant of a player and not a skinny build either - 6' 7''. Stupid foul for his second yellow.
this brought the game back in line and both teams went for the win. Great timing from Wider to bring on Davies, a player who had missed almost two seasons but the Baldes board stuck by him. a great way of repaying them when he scored a good goal in the 85th minute.

As for some of the Sunderland players, they played some brilliant football at times. Although Harry Clarke was sold to Ipswich for a reported ?20 Million, they have a young lad 18 year old Tom Watson who, looks a perfect replacement for him. This lad shows he has the attributes to go far, if he looks after himself. Skillful, fast, good brain, no fear of taking anyone on, he's got the lot and I won't be surprised if a Premier Laeague club bid for for him come January.

As for the Blades keeper, Michael Cooper, this man is quoted being worth only ?2 Million, surely he's worth more than that. Big, brave, strong with good hands at catching. As for the penalty save....this young man could be a good understudy to be England's number 1, he's that good!

Well done to the Blades for climbing back on top......for now. Very enjoyable watch as a neutral.
