He's off again starting another of his fundraising runs for MND , we may have lost the great Rob Burrow to this awful disease last June but raising money and awareness never stops for Kevin Sinfield .

His latest run has raised another ?1m for MND and he ended up with a severe muscle tear .

Not that it will bother Kev , Rugby League players are a different breed when it comes to injuries .

Well done Kevin Sinfield , you are an absolute diamond geezer , you weren't a bad player either even if you did play for the Leeds Rhinos , we've forgiven thi for that .
