O/T Peanut Jimmy Carter has died

Probably one of the most peace keeping times as a US Pesident the US has ever seen passes at 100 years old.

I grew up as a young man and to this day always saw him as a forward thinking man.

    RIP peanut man

    RIP.

It is a shame the incoming President does not exude the same class and humility that Jimmy did throughout his life and during a very difficult presidency.

Testament to the fact that America are chosing leaders that are way too old, Bill Clinton is now the only surviving president of the 20th century and it would appear that will not be for long.

As have been the last dozen presidents essentially. Maybe he's better judged on his non-presidential achievements?

We can give Boris that one as well but when it came down to the main job, he was a disaster.

Only Biden has been a bigger failure and he doesn?t even know where he is.

I think it would be fair to say t say that.
After-all, only 4% of his life was as president.

Some great footage from his funeral.

I think that it was his granson that answered a call from him one day. He said hi papa what do you want? Jimmy Carter asked him what he wanted. You called me he said! Jimmy said - No I didn't I was taking a photo.
