How in the name of all that is real, are drugs rife in prisons?
Just stop mail and visitors, only let two wardens at a time see prisoners being a start.

For a start, try bent prison guards. There's been more than enough cases of late where a guard (female) has fallen for a prisoner and brought drugs, mobiles etc into the prison for him. One's now serving now serving 3 years and rightly so.
