Every you in a supermarket regular items can go up 25p here 50p there .
Never mind shrinkflation put the price up and you get less ,toilet rolls are now half the size for more price and the size of chocolate bars they have halved in size .
I reckon real inflation is around 20% over the last 12 mths .
