    Ajayi

Concerning to see him limp off - I think due to a hamstring injury. I hoping not to serious, but these seem to be so recurrent and potentially long term.
I thought AJ played well and undoubtedly improves our attacking progress from the back. I also believe his style of play enabled Heggem to show more and enhanced the latter?s performance.
On the downside, he is suspect to the occasional lapse on concentration and inevitable clanger !

Sadly I think this is his last season for us. Decent defender when fit but as you say those injuries are becoming more and more prevalent. His contract is up in the summer and I imagine his wages will be ?20k plus.

Think that is a pretty good summing up Prando. Ajayi does create more for us going forward and is capable of picking out some decent passes that can split defences but whilst his size is also a defensive attribute, he is prone to silly mistakes.

I think finding a decent central defender more in the mould of Kipre will be one of our priorities over the summer and, with his contract up, Matt may be right given the circumstances.
