Where has it all gone wrong

Honestly thought we?d definitely be up there pushing for promotion this season especially with some of our signings. Yes we?ve been very unlucky with injuries and lost some important players for a good period of time but deary me this season has been a disaster. I?m NOT going to blame the BOD though as they?ve pushed the boat out and backed the manger finically and beyond.

That only leaves PM I?m affraid. I really thought with his vast playing experience we would do so much better.

Hate seeing anyone lose their job but it?s time we started to rebuild for next season AGAIN.

The blame lies firmly with Murphy. I don?t know if he has a plan A but he certainly doesn?t have a plan B. For too long the same names appear on the team sheet despite failing to deliver week after week. He is far too concerned with not losing rather than trying to win each game with the result the performances have been a very difficult watch. He?s had most of the season now to change the approach but for some reason he refuses. Time for a change.

It's not a case of where has it all gone wrong, - but Mr Murphy has 8 games to get it right, - plus some play off matches.

Yes, there have been some injuries and difficulties, but nothing like Inverness Caledonian Thistle or Dumbarton have had to put up with., - or even our near neighbours Annan. Unlike those clubs and almost every other team in the league, bar Arbroath, - Queens have received a major cash injection, - so let's hear less of the bleating, - stop the square balls and defensive approach and unleash the players and play like their lives depended on it.

I listened to Mr Murphy's interview and couldn't believe he was saying he wasn't sure if the play offs were mathematically possible! Of course they are, - and starting with Alloa on Saturday, - Queens can close the gap with them to just 2 points. Come on sir get a grip and enthuse these players.

I'm reading om pie and Bovril that we have two fit defender for Saturday McIntyre and Hannah. Even the young guys out on loan are injured .... should be an interesting 90 minutes then. Probably have to bring in a couple from the youths who let in 11 mid-week.

Ah well Stravaigar, - you have at least saved us listening to Mr Murphy's post match drivel this week.

You never know it might be a blessing in disguise with an ultra attacking formation. But this is Murphy we are talking about so my money is on Brooks at centre half!
