Based on what we see on the main roads in and out of the village, I'd say we couldn't give two f***s. I'd have guessed fast food rubbish would be common, but it's actually more common to see van loads of waste.

That doesn't explain areas, that aren't as you describe.
I think there's been a general decline in standards over the last few years from all demographics .

I live in Buxton, and there isn't any particularly large areas filled with "other cultures" and It's not litter free here I can assure you.

It’s at the upbringing level.
I think parents used to teach this to kids here.
I don’t think many of the new arrivals here have ever been taught such a thing.
