Trafford in the full England squad.

Must be in the 40 million quid bracket now? Surely.

He thoroughly deserves his place in the squad. He has been excellent this season.

Still dodgy on crosses, chooses to punch when it's easier to catch and he can be quite scary where farting about with the ball at the back. Anyhow,we'll done to him. 😎

No goal keepers catch crosses these days, its coached into them to punch.

Trafford is excellent with his feet, he knows exactly when to hold, play and go long, with accuracy 2nd to none

Disagree mate, all top goalkeepers will catch the ball when there is no pressure on them..Only punch the ball when under pressure.

As for his ball control in the area he can be very scary at times. Gives me palpitations at times. 😁

Keepers are generally coached these days to punch the ball clear but catch if under no pressure which Trafford also does in fairness.

No i disagree Andingle he doesn't,I've seen him punch the ball on numerous occasions when under no pressure whatsoever.Maybe I'm being a tad over critical though as I'm used to seeing Keepers catching the ball under no pressure.

Something I've mentioned a few times too alf, he's too casual, has made mistakes and has got away with a lot when being closed down, his passes seem to skim over attackers' boots. He does however seem to have luck on his side. perhaps he practices leaving things to the last second.

I'm glad it's not just me who thinks that. 👍

I'm glad the recruitment teams at the two United's along with the new England manager think more highly of Jimmy than a lot do on here.

I cannot remember one single occasion this season where he has given a goal away, I can however easily recall at least 30 top drawer saves including two penalty saves against Sunderland.

His development this season is nothing short of fantastic. How on earth we will replace him next season is anybody's guess.
