    Rodriguez

Jay is getting plenty of flack from the Wrexham faithful, getting low marks doesn't score goals, and the fans say the performances have fallen off since he was introduced

Personally I think Jay got an easy ride in his 2nd stink on the Turf, and if he wasn't one of our own the fans would have been on his back

Jay was a decent footballer but never a goal scorer. We got the best from him when he partnered an on loan Sam Vokes for a short spell back when Cotterell was our manager

He will always be remembered for the winner against United at OT. For me we could have got far more value for our money than the fee and wages we spunked out on him

I'm more worried about not having a proper back-up for Flemming.

Never a truer word spoken BC.He was an absolute waste of space as a goal scorer for us in his second stint.I remember him missing an open goal from 2 yards out and thinking I could have fumbled that in FFS.He was piss poor in front of goal.He had one good goal at OT if I remember right.Seems he needs to hang his boots up as he cannot perform even in League 1.Well done to Pace for getting a fee for him.

Just read the goal was scored from the rebound of the penalty save. Either way hopefully it will lead to more.

Right footed penalty which the keeper saved full length to hisright. Jay had followed through to hi s left and scored with hi left foot putting the ball through the keeper's legs.
Stockport were the better team but didn't capitalise and score goals, in fact, they only had two shots on target and Wrexham are now back in second place.
