    And apparently,
    Farkey boy says,
We only need to win our remaining home games and we’re going up.

Not gonna be about who the best team is anymore as its about how team squads handle the pressure, imo.

Yes, the ER crowd helps when the 'tension-factor' gets cranked up at home for sure, but our players have gotta keep it 'real' in the tension-factor sense home & away now.

Everyone has fears, worries & stress & they fare better when they face & acknowledge those emotions instead of trying to fight them.

Psychologists know the more you try to block out difficult thoughts & emotions, the more they will appear. In accepting rather than suppressing them, a person still notices those negative thoughts but they will have have less impact upon them.

Good players dont have rigid perceptions on their upcoming performance as such overly rigid thinking can increase feelings of pressure.
So, increasing your 'mental-flexibility' is the key antidote. 👍

Reliance on 'mental-toughness' only is the wrong approach at this time of the season too, imo, although a popular coping style, it can backfire by causing you to see any challenges as 'threats' prior to performance.

Successful top pros have an extra wired inner ?mental-flexibility? to rely on, so are able to think on their feet & cope with the unexpected by separating their thoughts thus avoiding been overwhelmed by any negative emotions.

Fine lines of course, but our squad has many individuals with 'flair' that are capable of producing the unexpected when it matters & importantly Farke encourages those attributes within his set up now, of which can leave us open to the counter attack risk admittedly.

Our system now incorporates individual 'flair' that the Blades & Burnley just dont have as they are ridgidly coached to precision & dont have the individual players with the flair ability to create something out of nothing as their emphasis relies on set pattern tactics suiting their players strength, imo.
Not saying its wrong but its not progressive enough in todays game, particularly PL level as fast breaks are back in style as tactics evolve.

The only thing to do is use 'that' result for motivation, imo, as every game from here to the season end was gonna be a journey of strengthening team-spirit, so its important now we bounce back with a win & keep it going to achieve our long-term goal, end of.

    Am I worried ?
    Nah.

Real winners approach challenges with a growth mindset, viewing failures as opportunities for learning & improvement.
We will see if our squad has balls of steel.

But Leeds have proven we are not real winners. If the end of season is near and your on top that should be all the motivation you would need.
Spirit well and truly gone. Meslier after the goal players looking at him and he points to his brain sorry lads brain fade one of many.
They basically outplayed us nearly all the game and were robbed of all the points as they deserved it.

If what you say is true, and it seems reasonable to me, then, from where I'm sitting, Sheffield Utd look considerably more mentally resilient than us. Not sure about Burnley but they may also be less flaky.

It's time for the 'leadership group' (whatever that means) to get a grip of the dressing room and the on pitch performances.
