    Brentford

I?m getting a bit nervous about wed night. I hope it?s not a case of ? after the Lord Mayors show? they are a dangerous side but I know Eddie will have them prepared and re- grounded. We MUST win all of our remaining home games,no more slip ups please guys!

I suspect it'll go one of 2 ways.

1 - we smash them on a massive high.
2 - we're hungover as hell and lose badly.

If we win though, we'll go 4th.

Was saying somewhere that they have won their last 5 away games?

Yep they have turned their early season awful away record completely around. I see this game as a major potential banana skin and as a test for Howe's man management skills. We need to avoid the complacency resulting from the feeling of invincibility that the cup win and the parade could cause. Not knocking the parade, that very much had to be done, not only for the fans but also for the players, for them to see just how invested and special our fans are. Just a shame that the league cup finishes so relatively early in the season.

Time for us to make it a 10 game season. We have nothing to do but focus on the run in!

Genuinely no idea which NUFC will turn up.

However, the difference this time is that we've won something and this is bound to have a huge impact on their mental approach to games.

The pre-cup win NUFC could easily have not turned up but now...? I think we can use this to kick on.

I think we?ll win, I honestly believe we had dodgy results because they had their mind on the final (which is not a good thing btw but that?s another story).

One match a week to 4th place, 5th place gets into champions league so I?ll be extremely disappointed if we don?t qualify.

I am confident well play well because we are due our usual second good run per season and we often finish the season strongly.
Loved how Eddie said on stage at the Moor that theres still 10 games left and a lot to play for.
The Brazilians didnt play well in the internationals so I hope they have the hangover out the way by now.

    The fans will be roaring.

We will play our first game as a team, squad & club as CHAMPIONS, as winners.

This group of players ARE winners, they will respond and I really do expect a frenetic and high energy performance roared on by the fans after that cup celebration.

    Howay the lads!
