    Balmer appeal

    We can confirm we have submitted an appeal for the red card shown to Kofi Balmer in our Premiership match against Kilmarnock on Saturday 5 April.

    The outcome of this appeal will be communicated in due course.

    IMO I hope I am totally wrong, but I get the feeling that when they review the action shot by shot and not in real time. They will only see Balmer’s foot connect with the opponent’s knee and red card will stand.

    Appeal upheld completely. Red not replaced with yellow. Total embarrassment for the ref and VAR.
