Just before the new year, Wolves snatched a point in London against Spurs thanks to a JSL goal three minutes before stoppage time. Since that meeting, Wolves have a 5-1-5 record in league play. Spurs are 4-1-7 in that same span. Spurs haven't finished worse than 8th since the 2007-08 season. Finishing in the bottom half is all but assured for them. Would be nice for Wolves to keep the win streak going, especially with Cunha back in the matchday squad this weekend.

vid...plenty of goals ,,plenty of mistakes ...but plenty points
Not our best performance, but good enough to beat a poor Spurs team. Individually they have some very good players, but they seem to struggle to play as a team. Their defence at times was non existent, but on two occasions so was ours.
An early goal by Ait-Nouri should have settled us down. but it was the visitors who had most of the ball. and Sa made a great one handed save to keep us in front. Our second goal was a freak with the stadium announcer giving the goal to Larsen. Replays clearly showed he had an impact but it was clearly an own goal.
We have a very good recent record against Tottenham, and when they scored you were forgiven for thinking that the record was going to end. Semedo made a right horlicks of his clearance and gave them a simple tap in. In the past the heads of the Wolves players would have dropped, but not this group, Pereira has built a great team spirit. We surged back and Ait-Nouri robbed their defender before a neat cross saw Larsen tap in, yet another to his impressive total. A few weeks ago many were calling for him to be dropped and was described as a "Mid division Championship striker."
Spurs had made several substitutions and Richarlison reduced the deficit, before our super sun Cunha scored a superb solo goal. He received a good reception by the home crowd after his self inflicted holiday, and certainly celebrated in front of the South Bank.
It is the first time this season that we have been out of the bottom four and the gap to Spurs and Man U is closing. I have felt we were safe for weeks but the media seem to think it's not over yet. Do they not look at the table?
The Spurs fans are not happy and described Molineux as a sh.t hole and can't believe they lost against sh..ty Wolves. They are a self opinionated ,arrogant group of supporters. The only thing in their trophy cabinet is dust.
I was ill last week and completely forgot about the Prediction League. In case I forget again I'll go for a Wolves 2-1 win at Man Utd
