    Mowbray

We are going nowhere with this bloke. I have no idea what he thought would happen today but we were out thought and outfought.

He added an extra man to the middle of the park at half time, did he not do his research? They did nothing special but overran us in the middle.

No pressing, no attacking impetus but also no rigidity at the back. I genuinely don?t know what the plan was.

It is not a side that believes in the manager or feel they are going to win. We didnt believe we could beat them.

The two sendings off in two games sums it up. When we have been at our worst, we get indiscipline. It comes from uncertainty and hopelessness.

If Nestor knows his stuff, Mowbray will not be here next season.

Let?s hope Nestor gets rid of the back room team too along with Grady, Swift, Mowatt, JM and Furlong. All poor players.

Hope they enjoy their holidays. Don?t honestly mind losing it?s when there?s no bottle or heart - seen week in week out.

When TM was appointed I thought that it was a sound move. I was expecting front foot football and an emphasis on youth. However, I feel that we have gone backwards. His selections have been inconsistent and the substitutions, often strange. Sadly, I think that we have to make a change for next season.

I’ve a feeling that there will be a mutually agreed, negotiated contract termination before next season starts.

I think TM should be given a chance. He has worked basically with what he inherited. I am, like some frustrated, bit to keep swapping and changing chasing glory does not work. Give the man a chance and see what he can do next season.

To he fair some forecast that we would not be promoted this season.

Disappointment we all are bit let us be realistic, we once again, through no fault of the clubs this time, changed managers/backroom staff at a critical period.

Next year hopefully. Investment will be a problem as it stands, hopefully though, we will find a way.

We are West Brom, it was never going to be an easy way of life but boy the emotions are the bit you have to love, good and bad.

I respect your opinion but we?re in relegation form and showing no signs of improvement. The squad is decent IMO but look like a bunch of individuals without a plan. Today wasn?t a one off.

Cut ties now and we might have a shot of a decent finish next season. Stay with him we might be in the same situation as when we didn?t cut ties with Bruce and Corberan had too much to do to get a play off space.
