    Youth recruitment continues

Newcastle signing confirmed ? First photos as ?2m talent completes ?dream? move

Turkish talent confirms move - Baran Yildiz?s move to Newcastle United has now been confirmed.

It was reported earlier this year that we?d agreed a deal with Super Lig side Gen?lerbirliği, with a ?2m fee and four-and-a-half year contract said to be in place.

Since then, the 18-year-old attacking midfielder has had a few visa-related issues to iron out, but with those now sorted he and his representatives have announced the transfer online

Alongside the signing photos posted on his Instagram page, Yildiz had this to say now the move is official:

?I am very happy that I have stepped into the Premier League, the biggest league in the world, where I have been following my dream of for years, with a wonderful club with roots and traditions like Newcastle United.

?I would like to thank my family, my teachers and my Manager, my brother Batu Kaplan, our lawyer Anil Dinger, my brother Riza K?kl? who have contributed greatly to making this dream of mine come true.

?This is a start and no one should doubt that I will work hard and represent my country and our flag the best way I can.?

The standard of the youth players from across Europe and beyond we're bringing is of a far higher quality than any time in the past.

Miodrag Piva & Vakhtang Salia as two great examples. With the signing of Baran Yildiz that trend is very clearly continuing!

Great to see and as a clear way around PSR, the competition for these lads must be high. Hats off to Mitchell so far.

Lots of potentially exciting players coming through the ranks now.

If we can be as successful at spotting them early as Brighton have been then I'd suggest we're in a better position to capitalize than them?

On a related note, Potter was clearly a case of 'right man, right club at the right time'...I wonder if he regrets leaving for Chelsea?

We're defintly setting up the right way for the future.

Be nice to see some come through but equally, selling for a profit would be brilliant for all the above reasons.

Aye, I guess we'll never see some of these. You're right, Jammy, some will be sold because, well, that's the way it works now.

Isn't it sad to think that young talented children / ****agers are now mostly looked at like cans of beans on the shelves of Tescos?

The conveyer belt of talent is now geared toward manufacturing football players for sale rather than developing talented young professionals to improve the core staff of the business.

It's a sorry state of affairs and the sole blame lays squarely at the door of Master's and his cartel of crooks!

They set up the rules to control the narrative, stop the mid-table clubs with ambition disturbing their beloved Cartel.

It's not 'cartel 6' - The big 6 is the Sky Sport promotion package. The Cartel are the rest. City are not included, seen as the interlopers.

City are excluded from this as they are clearly enemy of the establishment No.1.

Ironic that Chelsea are part of that 5 when they were the team literally all the PSR rules were set up to control.

The clubs at the heart of the Cartel are, The filth, The Bin Dippers, The two north London scumbags & Chelsea floating, self-interested.

If PSR rules were set up to genuinely be sustainable they would focus on developing youth talent and retaining quality within the academy. Seeing Academy products as 'Pure Profit' the antithesis of sustainability.
