    Potential Summer Signings

Possibly too early to start but here goes for some possibles

Sam McClelland - St J - that would be a young back 3 with SCH and RG
Kevin Dabrowski - Raith Rovers, if Walton cannot be secured. Unless Dave Richards gets a chance?

Find out where St Mirren are unearthing some of their gems.

Someone who can run fast with a ball at their feet or able to latch on to our long ball!

If 2 days before the end of the season is too early then i hope the club dont see it that way and already have their targets acquired.

Sam McClelland - Loved the lad and what he did for us last season, but his loan was to complete his rehab from a bad knee injury. Early into this season and he essentially had a season ending injury and i dont think he has had a start again recently having been seen v St Johnstone in match day squad attire. So sorry is a no for me.

Dabrovski im not sure about as heard rumours he is a bit of a nutcase, but what keeper isnt?

Who knows what is out there abroad and lower leagues in Scotland and England. I'm Gona guess loans will play a key part again, not ideal as it means a bigger rebuild each summer, and they usually arrive late, but it's also a way of attracting top quality we wouldn't be able to otherwise.

Apparently Richard Taylor from St Mirren is a real possibility. I would personally take back big Sam from St J as well - he is out of contract. That would give us Taylor, McClelland, Graham and C-Harding which isn’t the worst CH options TBH…….

Noel Hunt and Craig Conway were brought to United by Brewster. Him being down south, got to ask him if he has seen any kind of players in the same mould. Although he brought these two in he also brought in Proctor, no manager ever gets it 100%.

Loving the thought of a CB pairing at times of Graham and SCH

Two shed boys at the heart of the defence, just hope RG can get over his fitness issues of this season

Stirton being part of squad would be good to see as well

We should have kept and played Sirton more this season. Kid scores a good goal and in his shorr game time ive seen him win headers againat well established big spfl defenders. We need to be pushing this boy more, he will be a top striker for us i have no doubts about that. He would have done a better job than the likes of Paton has for sure.

Problem is though that there was no way he was going to be starting ahead of Dalby given they’re similar players playing similar positions. So most of his time would have been spent getting splinters in his erse. We will be getting back a more mature player for the competitive minutes under his belt which he otherwise would not have got and who should have toughened up considerably as a result, so in this case I think the loan was 100% the correct decision for the longer term.
