This proves that we are ready for it

P.S.G. Have just HUMPED Inter in the most prestigious game of the season.

It is reckoned that PSG are no better than they were a couple of seasons ago.

Cast your mind back to then and we whopped them 4-1 at SJP but as much notably, we were leading them 1-0 at their place until the last minute of injury time, 98th, when they were given a dodgy penalty to equalise.

It just makes you think doesn't it. What might or could have been.

Apparently there was only 4 of the team that hammered Inter, played against us in 2023. Just shows how teams can be changed around with the right manager and investment in the right players. They were brilliant against Inter, embarrasingly so. Would love us to play like them, quick in midfield and on the wings, solid defensively.

Nice thought, but not for me.

PSG are a completely different beast these days, play a different style and aren?t just a platform for Mbappe? they are a proper team these days.

    At our best we do.

With Hall, Botman, Joelinton & Isak all fully fit. Bruno, Tonali, Gordon on form. Murphy continuing the best patch of his career.

We were rock solid in the 22/23, 23/24 we scored more Prem goals than an other season in our history, despite all all the injuries and the same 11 playing 7 straight games.

Once we've got the additions we need through the door, no doubt we'll be an electric, powerful, frightening exciting team.

Completely different team. (Dou??!!) They are much better now IMO and play scintillating football.

Team A beats team B, team B beats team C does not mean team A is definitely better and will beat team C.

    The beauty of football.

Recent living proof. We thumped Palace, Palace thumped Villa, and Villa thumped us. All three games by a minimum margin of three goals.
