Talking out of his arse, apparently our players live in Manchester, so what does it matter if Lisbon offers a better quality of life than Burnley, our players don't live in Burnley.

I lived for 10 years up in the back of Ightenhill, it was bloody brilliant. !0 minutes to Turf Moor and Burnley Golf Club, the Motorway was 2 minutes away and when we stepped into the lane and turned left, off we walked to Gawthorpe. Loved every minute! John Pender lived across the back of our house and I could always scrounge an away ticket or two!

Most players live towards the larger cities and what does this journalist know about surrounding Burnley

We’d have to hold our hands up about central Burnley maybe

Funny story when Millwall came friend of mine in cricket field bar said he was sat with some of their fans and they d said a group who’d travelled with them ( idiots ) had gone in to town centre to basically wreck it and rip it up ) my mate said well good luck to them with that - they may improve things. 😂

Though it’s not true of all our players I don’t think Roberts lives at Clithero I believe
