    Our Southend cousins

Some good debate on here about the NL next season and how well they expect Clubs (including us) to do. Worth a read, if only because they already know how the league works and we don?t. Good stuff, well done Southend fans.

That's an excellent link griff,I enjoyed reading that,it shows that its gonna be a tough season but it's also going to be an interesting one, never been to Truros ground but I'm presuming that it's smallish, wouldn't mind ticking that one off my list myself one day,it would have to be a weekend away or summat not a days travelling,is the game midweek or weekend?

There's strong clubs in that league and why there's still only one automatic promotion place is beyond me,you fancy going to some of the southern away games Griffy?

I’ll go to a few. Yeovil is one of my favourite away games, FGR is my nearest, maybe Solihull Moors and Brackley. It seems ages ago but me and the lad went to a load of away games last time we were in tier 5 and we had a right laugh.

We don’t get our fixtures until July 9th which gives Clubs only a month to sort out travel - seems daft to me. I’m guessing Truro away will be a Tuesday in late January.

Sorry I didn't realize that the fixtures hadn't been released yet,you would think that all the football leagues would release them all at the same time but that would be to easy I suppose,my only worry is that I know Old Sparky has been an excellent player and manager in the past but how will he fare in non league, having said that he seemed to get the best out of the team when he took over at the end of last season,I have never been to FGR nor Yeovil, maybe I should have ventured further on my away games in the past
