    Wissa

Why is it we can?t get this deal done? It seems to be dragging on.

They've said they aren't going to accept our offer until they've brought in a replacement. I think they were working on Ouattara from Bournemouth. I'm pretty confident we'll get him in but I expect Gordon/Osula as strikers for our first few games.

Stuck in a chain, Brentford need cover before the can let him go. He's been cleared to leave.

When they get the lad from Bournemouth sorted, Wissa will move to Newcastle.

It will probably later in the window unless Brentford expedites the deal as Smorg mentions above.

    Send Isak there on loan.

Can't play against us, we don't have to put up with the little weasel defiling our shirt, he'll get a full season rather than sulking on our bench or in the reserves, meaning that we'll still get north of 100 mil next Summer.

    Job done.

I?ve always argued the point when people say pay over the odd?s for players, but at this point in time we need to do it.

Get Wissa signed, we need a striker now, no matter what happens with Isak.

If Isak goes we need two strikers
If Isak stays we need someone we can trust next games against Villa and especially against Liverpool.

If Isak stays then there is a chance that Liverpool go for Wissa, and then we need to find a striker we can chuck in at the deep end with no prem experience and no time to bed into the team either.

Make Brentford a ?50m bid to bring the lad in now, sell Isak after the Liverpool game for ?130m and match Samu?s buyout clause (?87m)? and we have 2 strikers for a net cost of ?7M? the squad has more depth, and we end this ****.

Till Isak comes back to SJP and gets a complete f**ling roasting all game, and hopefully BDB and Joelinton right in his face all game!

Seen a report that says Bournemouth have agreed a deal to sign a striker, which hopefully unlocks them selling Quattara to Brentford, which unlocks Brentford selling Wissa.

    Now that sounds good.

Is Wissa a proper no9 or a forward that can play any of the front 3? Don?t know much about him

From what I've seen of Wissa he's not your spectacular goal scorer but he's a wily poacher, always in the right spot to put it in the net which we could have used against Villa.
