    To be honest in his line of work he was a stroke/heart attack waiting to happen,probably get some strides that fit him now as well !

    Was never somebody I warmed to but I'm very pleased for him. He really has put in the yards - fair play, as they say.

    Mounjaro or Wegovy make losing weight easier these days but have side effects.

    Have to balance that with the dangers of being morbidly obese.

    Yes, but they don?t really improve your cardiovascular system and other things that regular exercise does
