    Manager Influence

Mason has started well and Friday will tell us more,

A manager though does have huge influence on the team from selection to tactics to players running their socks off.

I watched the Man Utd match yesterday for example and saw a couple of their other games. They seem all over the place and it seems clear to me what the manager wants is not getting through to the players. You would also think with their money the recruitment of the best players would be outstanding. That?s not the case with some atrocious signings and even their new latest players don?t seem world class.

Can?t see their manager lasting long which is a shame as he seems a decent chap. Arsenal and Liverpool on the other hand seem to have moved forward.

Definitely feel in our case the development of class young players and making a significant profit is the way forward.

Jesus - didn?t realise until looking Phil they are second from bottom. Not much further up the league are Port Vale with Big Dave and they have lost five. Valencia have not started great either so big season for CC!

I consider that our owners will support Mason. It appears that he has a different style to the norm…more algorithm driven. Maybe that is the way forward, albeit beyond my old fashioned protocol.
Accordingly, in answer, to your thread, I believe Ryan has carte blanche.
    For better or worse……

Mason has been a breathe of fresh air Prando and to be honest it?s all about expectations. With a team in transition my expectation is top ten and play offs a bonus.
