Tough one this. Welcome news is that Stamenic is back. Big ask for the Swans with a league game to play so close to the Cup game on Wednesday night. They had to travel to Birmingham on Friday giving them little time to rest and prepare.
We meet up again with Brum head-coach Chris Davies, former side-kick of Brendan Rodgers at Swansea, Liverpool, Leicester and Celtic.
They walked away with League One last season with a record 111 points and will be formidable opposition.
They’ve lost their last two games against Leicester and Stoke though and will be desperate for a win today.
Swans haven’t lost since the opening day 1-0 defeat to league leaders Middlesbrough and will be hoping to extend the unbeaten run after their Cup win against Premier League side Forest a few days ago.

    Birmingham 1 (Dykes 94’) - Swansea 0
Another late goal conceded and points dropped, same as Hull.
Cabango the culprit this time. Tymon couldn’t stop the cross (again), same as Key, and Cabango was beaten in the air by Dykes who got in front of him.
    Another set piece our downfall.
Vipotnik had a goal disallowed for offside first half which wasn’t, linesman not up with play, so frustrating.
We didn’t create much second half, whether it was fatigue after two matches so close together, who knows.

The subs done for us again, Roberts cross beating Tymon, Dykes header beating Cabango to score.
Should have been 1-1, Vipotnik definitely on side.
