    Bradford after game thoughts.

    Hopefully more positive reflection.

    Two well worked goals.
    Positive play from Martha.
Good touches from Benson although it's clear he doesn't like the rough stuff.
But the undeniable truth is that our two centre backs wouldn't get in a non league side. They were shocking.
Draw possibly a fair result because Bratford did miss some sitters.
    Ref was good.
That's the story of Millers v Bratford

I moved this from the match thread.

A shame we couldn?t hold on which would have been great for confidence but the frequency of conceding late goals has shattered confidence at the back. The experienced old head at the back was a miss. Fortunately our goalkeeper was in great form.

With a fit Holmes in defence we win that game comfortably. Bradford very poor. Too much hype for them.

I am sure we will come good. Looked good going forward and definitely something to build on.

We had a Sheriff up front. We just need to get Holmes fit to MARSHAL the defence and we will soon shoot up the league.

I don't think we looked comfortable defensively all night but you have to remember we were playing a team who are top of the league. That said, I didn't think they were that good. I don't think we did ourselves any favours once again playing 3 at the back but that's on Hamshaw.

Going forward was a different story. I thought Martha was outstanding at times and our general play in the final third was good tonight. Shame Benson had to go off because he is without a doubt a player who could make this team really tick in my opinion. He showed his class tonight.

Disappointing to draw after being 2-0 up but I think we have more positives than negatives.

    Post bradford game.

Well, at last a proper decent game of football. We coped well and played on the front foot. Notable player changes and formation MH should note.
Those keeper errors and naive defending sadly cost a win. Such a shame.
Easily the best we have played at home and deserved a win.
And just who decided dawson was MOTM????? His mum?

If you can't defend you won't win games. Agbaire especially at fault. Nothing on the right. Martha just cuts inside didn't work with Wilkes who was a better player once played up front won't work with him.

Dawson had a good game and deserves some praise for once.
Martha was excellent and run his socks off.
We don’t press as a team so we get picked off lose the ball and we’re under pressure.
How many unforced errors do we make?
We deserved a point and st times played good stuff

That's the Millers all over. Shocking performance against a very poor Mansfield, then unlucky to not beat a top of the table, in form side.
Two well created goals against two errors by the young, inexperienced centre backs. The Ref guessed about that throw in just before their goal.
I'm pleased for the manager and his staff, and Dawson, who had a great first half.

What keeper errors?. Centre half didn't jump for first cross. Striker had open goal for second.
He was my man of the match.

You mean he cuts inside like he did to create our 2nd goal plus I counted at least 3 times when he skinned his man on the outside. Inbetween all this he traversed from wing to wing on numerous occasions just to put in a tackle and challenged for every header despite being 9" shorter than those he was up against. Did more in one night than two of your favourites have done in their careers.
