As a club we seem completely incapable of building a team good enough to compete in the premiership.

And I can’t fathom out where the problem lies….

Is it the manager or managers we go for?? The Scouts? the Board? The tactics?? I seriously can’t work it out.

Maybe a mix of all of it?

It can’t be so much an issue of money, because we have spent a fair amount trying. But yet every time we get into this position we struggle.

It’d be interesting getting the thoughts of others on this, because something within our club is preventing us from growing as a club and team.
