Lewis Hall - out for longer

Lewis Hall is facing another 4 to 6 weeks out, after a second scan on his latest injury, meaning he won't be back for selection until late November or early December, according to Craig Hope. This puts his recovery on a par with Tino Livramento

    Massive bugger to be honest

We have Burn and Trips as options, backed up Krafth and youngster Alex Murphy until then.

Not ideal at all but at least they are higher quality than back ups we've had in past.

My only worry is them being out paced with all the games we have coming up.

I love Dan Burn-I actually think that's a legal requirement for every Newcastle fan now-but I do worry his ageing legs will be targetted by speedy wingers.

Two of the best full backs in the league-and the best actual pairing, imo, out for another extended period is a huge blow, no two ways about it.
