A tremendous away win for Charlton keeping another clean sheet in the process. Ipswich totally dominated the first half with chance after chance. But as they didn't take them, the Add1cks were able to get a foothold in the game in the last 45 minutes.

Sonny Carey scored first, a low left footed shot and his fourth goal in seven games. Macaulay Gillesphey headed in the second from good link-up play between Coventry and Olaofe. Miles Leaburn scored the third also a headed goal. TC who dinked over a cross, for Miles' first Championship goal. Leaburn and Campbell were late subs on 62 minutes and proved their worth on impact.

This excellent win propels Charlton up to 5th in the league.
