Thread: Where's Bashir Humphreys?

    Where's Bashir Humphreys?

Bashir Humphreys, currently fit, recently recovered from a thigh injury that side-lined him for 79 days, causing him to miss 14 matches for Burnley. His career has seen two injuries, with the longest absence being 79 days, leading to a 39% match-miss rate. At 21, the left-back remains a key defensive option when fully fit. Where TF is he? Anyone know.

    I don't know,presumably he's keeping Beyer & Tresor company.

Sinkov regularly mentions the "Gawthorpe Black Hole". We certainly know how to fill it.

Come to think of it. I don't recall seeing his name in the squad for some weeks now, must be down the black hole then

It’s obvious that we can only play with eleven shirts on the pitch but why are players like Humphreys, Roberts, Banel, Agyei, Tresor, Beyer, Amdouni, Edwards, Hladky and Delcroix not more involved in off the field activities just to keep them feeling worthwhile and part of the picture? Parker seems to favour the few and not the many. Even injured and out of favour players need to feel the lurve.

It seems we have at least half a dozen players who are on the permanently knacked list. We are chucking millions of pounds away, seemingly without a care in the world.
