    School for young ladies

Patience will be running out so be prepared for a hostile crowd tomorrow. Will the 'black hole' release any newly fit people for this game? Don't bet on it!
Best result tomorrow would be a frozen pitch and postponement. Unfortunately the overnight deep frost will arrive 24 hours too late.

As an extra note of caution, just looked on BBC sport website who state that we have won our last 12 home New Years Day games - the longest run in the top 4 leagues. Sorry for pointing that out.

Yes, I saw that but thought best not to draw attention to it!

Mickey and March in the team, CT back on the bench. At last some injury movement. Let's hope they're really fit.

Not least the result. Performance never really got going for me.

Cheltenham seemed to let us play and gave so much space in the first half, it was almost unfathomable as to what they were doing at times. We survived a lot of pressure, some of which was self inflicted, when you?ve cleared the ball get out from the back, don?t wait for them to attack again. I think the result flatters us but very happy to take it and very pleased to see key people back.

Yes, I came away from the ground quite perplexed (but in a good way). How is it possible to 'grind out' a 4-1 win?

It was a good win and may have saved his job?

I'm perplexed that we expect fans to sit in the freezing cold during a match and then have holidays in Middle May, June and July when fans could sit in their short sleeve shirts. I am convinced it was all done to suit the cricket season and that was all. We need people to use their brains as many countries play football in far hotter temps than us and are actually better than us and so why is that. It is too cold to play and watch football!

We should break Dec-Feb and then play through May-July. Of course I am expecting the impossible to happen!
