    Difficult to comment!

In the cold light of day it is difficult to express my feelings on last nights performance. Disgusting, disgraceful, inept, gutless, shambolic, I could go on, are all words that apply. I have been an Albion fan for more than seventy years and in all honesty I don?t think that I can remember a worse performance than that witnessed last night

Where do you start? God knows! It began with the side selected, the positions players were picked in, followed by a performance that an Under11 side would be ashamed of. The saying, be careful what you wish for, is very appropriate. Let?s face it, under Mason we were always in matches and competing. Last night was just a horror show. I don?t think that any of the players had a clue as to what they were supposed to be doing.

At this moment in time it looks an appalling appointment. What he was trying to achieve with that side I just do not know. How can you alter and implement a new system in such a short space of time with players unused to it is beyond all comprehension. I have no idea where Ramsay goes from here but one thing is obvious and that is he cannot persist and continue in the same direction.

Bring Megson in to support is the only solution I can think to put this current nightmare to bed. What a disgrace last night was.

Not a bad idea. People need to respect a manager and buy in to their way of thinking. It seems to be with both managers being 34 and clueless the players do not have that buy in which will be detrimental to mentality.

A complete disgrace last night and supporters are turning off - half empty stadium last night - away allocations not selling - boos ringing out at half time and full time. All this will affect the players.

Personally I would start playing Williams. Whitwell and Bostock. At least you know they will give 100%.

Were not the first games in the PL with Allardyce in charge something similar, losing heavily at home etc? But, that was of course at a higher level where we were ?destined? to be relegated.

Gary will not return and he?s 66 now. Nestor won?t want to change manager again as he could be sacked himself. I reckon we could even go down with Ramsay and we will get the rebuilding job blah blah. Whilst we are still governed by financial restrictions Patel does not seem the guy to spend much to me - everything on the cheap like his managerial appointments.

I’d even have Tony Pulis back until the end of the season over this clueless so-called coach.

The key for me is that this manager learns from Tuesday night.

Surely he has to realise that playing deep with 5 at the back. Multiple players playing out of position and Grant up front on his own doesn't work.

I'd be especially worried if he does this again on Friday night.

Now he needs to be adaptable, not stubborn.

You would think so wouldn’t you? Having said this, I am not so sure that this will be the case. If you asked the majority of posters on this site to pick a side for Friday it would be very similar. Surely we cannot all be wrong!

It’s this growing sense of naivety from these so called modern young managers in today’s football. Anyone else see this? They are either stubborn or not adaptable - or basically they don’t have the skills and knowledge. Amorim for instance is one and he was in his 30s.. just wtf they think they are.. Pep/Mourinho? Football is about adapting.
