Social Media Post - Huge Likes

On West Brom Pride of the Midlands and a huge amount of likes!

    Thoughts after yesterday:

Ramsay won?t be our manager at the start of next season. Unfortunately he seems like a classroom coach. Just like a lot of Uni graduates he understands all the concepts and in theory he should be good but unfortunately in reality he lacks the intangibles to be effective.

Get Josh Griffiths back in goal, he?s not perfect but he?s no worse than O?Leary. He?s also younger and actually under contract next season. Sack Boaz Myhill whilst we?re at it. A useless coach just as he was a useless goalkeeper.

Barring injuries Taylor and Iling-Junior should never see the field. Both have been nothing short of a disaster. Likewise with Josh Maja. He looks about a stone overweight, unfit, can?t run and looks like he couldn?t give a damn.

Bench Isaac Price. He?s been abysmal for 90% of the season and is now trying to square up to fans who are understandably angry. Nothing but a show pony. Woeful passing, awful touch and spends most of the game hiding.

Alex Mowatt has to start if fit. Whilst he?s far from the perfect midfield he is the only midfielder we have that seems to be able to control a football at all.

No more back 3. Our CB?s are abysmal so putting more of them than necessary on the pitch is actively hurting us. Stick to a back fur and play Campbell alongside either Mepham or Phillips (preferably Bielik but he?s out for up to a month). Get Johnston back on the right wing where he?s been most effective and not as a weird free role/floating No 10 which simply doesn?t work.

Get some of the younger players some more minutes, Bostock and Whitwell should be getting some minutes now as well as Williams when he is back fit.

Finally Nestor and Pearce have to go. Both have been a disaster for too long and clearly the Club needs some genuine footballing knowledge on board asap. This data driven approach only works if you are building on a solid foundation and frankly we are a million miles away from that.

Sadly we are in a position where we look like other teams will need to save us. Hopefully Leicester get a points deduction and Oxford and Blackburn continue to struggle because I can?t see how we get ourselves out of this mess.

I have maintained on other threads that we will not go down and that is due to Blackburn and Oxford being unable to pull away and the probable points deduction that befall Leicester. We probably deserve to go down, though, the Club seems to be a total shambles.

Blackburn will pull away as they will be above us on Tuesday night after beating Wednesday at home!
