Could the Millers Buy Back Millmoor for a Training Ground

Thinking tonight, could the club buy back Millmoor, then put some cash into
developing the buildings, to provide a decent training ground.
With Booths going belly up, the club might get the ground etc fairly cheap.
Unless a developer decides to buy it, & tries for planning permission for housing, but the
surrounding area of scrap yards a eyesore, probably contamination in the ground where
the scrap yards are now, would be a no no, so only Millmoor viable.
Perhaps building a railway station Millmoor side of the bridge, closer to the NYS stadium
than the new proposed Parkgate station.

Not big enough, you need more than one pitch for a training ground. It would be a backward step from Roundwood.

Look at Mansfield, Exeter and Lincoln. Their training grounds are light years ahead of ours and would still probably be the worst in the Championship if they were to get there. You need at least 2 or 3 full pitches and an all weather pitch. Even if it was renovated, Millmoor is from, and for, a bygone era.
