    Away Fans Incentives

I remember when the club paid for all coach travel to away supporters at one of the last games. Are they still doing this as a thank you as it was a great gesture?

Even under Lai I remember free scarves were handed out at Crystal Palace and at a home game you had a free pint. Just an acknowledgment to supporters.

Not had sweet f uck all from Patel as previous small touches are remembered.

I would have thought now more than ever the club should do something for away supporters!!

Agree with you that some gesture of appreciation for their support would be welcomed by the fans, especially at this time. As you say, it doesn't have to be a big thing either. In the workplace even little touches like giving out free chocolates and mince pies to staff over a busy trading period can help. Those initial free pints and scarves given out by Lai certainly didn't make up for what followed under his disastrous tenure, but they were appreciated at the time.

Our away form has been pretty shocking over the last couple of seasons in particular when you think about it, so the best incentives they could offer they away support is to win some fkn games.

It's really simple Omeg. If they want to show a nice touch forget chocolates, mince pies, scarves or anything like that. Just cover part of the cost of the ticket. Something which can be reflected in our pockets.

And yes, don't disagree with either Al or yourself on that one 68!
