    Real Madrid last night

Anyone who watched the first half of last nights game against City, could not have been more impressed by what they were watching. Three real quality goals, the third was out of this world ,for invention and skill. It took me back to the days when I was growing up in the late 50?s /early 60?s , when Real were in their heyday , ruling the world , watching players like Puskas, Gento, and Di Stefano ,on our little black and white television. Guardiola and his team simply had no answer to their opponents performance. If you could watch that every Saturday, the clubs in this country of ours, would be turning people away. I hope that?s not the end of it.

Speed of play and thought, accuracy of passing and the quality of finishing were of the highest order. Mbappe and Bellingham were not missed at all. Citeh were blown away. This was not Parkerball.

Interesting Mal that city who usually dominate
possession and suffocate teams couldn?t get afoot hold in the game ( though they could have had 3 themselves before the rout started.

Lastly for me city?s midfield just watched on like ours does when midfield runners of Madrid went in behind that?s why he got his hat trick.

Brilliant football mind I enjoyed it.
